Waste Wars and Waste Warriors
Ilya Zhuravlev
Canadian artist Pan Trinity Das has spent over a decade experimenting with a variety of different styles of art including: Abstract, Figurative, Landscape, Psychedelic, Portrait, Mandala, and Yoga-inspired. He has explored through many types of media, specifically Paint, Tattoo, Silk Screen, Graffiti, Graphic Design, Carpentry, Sculpture, Photography, and Industrial Metal. Throughout this time, Pan has developed a simultaneous passion for spiritual expression through Bhakti (Devotional) Yoga.
After many years of creation a vision has emerged which reflects his Bhakti practice in visual form. He calls this unique expression "Spiritual Pop Art". It is a universal style that primarily uses portraiture to spread awareness about Yoga and the wisdom of India's saints and sages, combining iconic imagery with the force of pure love.
His goal was to create something simple that both communicates and educates.
To support Waste Warriors voluntary organisation (founded by Jodie Underhill), he makes graffity against pollution of holy places of India.
