Work of a human body is subordinated to a set of internal rhythms - vividly displayed and latent, dependent on time of the day and change of the seasons, diet and sleeping. Our body represents the most complicated mechanism: lots of big and tiny pendulums are continuously moving, being connected with each other, having continuous mutual influence.

But the three main faults that classic pancakes have are fine flour, thermophilic yeast and eggs.

Yogacharya Madavan is Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from Venkatramana Ayurvedic Medical College (Chennai); he also received a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy from Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana in Bangalore and attended the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta ashram TTC and Advanced TTC courses.
Gabriella: At the time of my studying in the university a relative of mine gave me book on yoga, starting from this book I became interested in yoga. When I met a person, who was already practicing yoga I was so curious that I went in to yoga class with this person. I liked yoga and hence continued practicing. It was Iyengar yoga in Florence in 1973.
